Amboseli National Park is a contrast of landscapes, you have the open dry plains, acacia woodland, rocky thorn bush country, swamps and marshland. This image was taken on the open dry plains that has a small cluster of moister starved acacia trees. In amongst the trees was this lone giraffe happy extracting the green foliage that grows between the very long acacia tree spicks.
