I was just taking my sister and husband and kids to Davies Hut in the Kosciuszko National Park. I knew there where brumbies in this area, but my mind set was not on trying to photograph anything, I had the camera more for shots of my sister and her family. Well it turned out to be one of the best brumby photography that I’ve done, the light was beautiful and capturing these beautiful brumbies just all fell into place. Once we had got to the hut I just went for a walk over the next little rise and here where these three brumbies and the light was just magic. Sometimes I think there is a little leprechaun on my shoulder when I pick up a camera.
